Designed to Shine is an interactive seminar that allows women to identify five important elements of their divine design: spiritual gifts, heart's desires, individuality, natural attributes, and experiences of life. We believe that design discovery also helps individuals to more clearly understand God's purpose for their lives.
Jerra Dooley will have you laughing and maybe even crying as you hear her humorous yet heart-warming stories and anectdotes about God's plan for all of us to find fulfillment and significance in Him. Attendees will be led to complete the simple steps toward identifying their own design. No complicated tests or long profiles to complete. By the end of the event, you'll know yourself better and be able to relate better with others in your sphere of influence. Most of all, you'll understand your relationships with God better and leave with great hope for a bright future!

Seminar Leader Jerra Dooley, has been involved in helping people understand their uniqueness since 1978. She began working with the Uniquely You profiling system in 1993, and became a certified instructor in 2001 when she was the ministries coordinator for Valleydale Church, Birmingham, Alabama. After earning a Women's Ministry Certificate from New Orleans Seminary (2004), Jerra went on to become a licensed human behavior coach in 2008. In the last ten years, she has personally assisted thousands of people in discovering God's unique design and purpose for their lives.
Jerra is an associate of Dr. Mels Carbonell, who developed the Uniquely You DISC Personality Profiles in 1987. He was trained by Dr. John Geier, founder of the DiSC Performax Personal Profile System (which is now part of DiSC Inscape Publishing). Dr. Carbonell was first introduced to the DiSC Personality Profile while attending Dallas Theological Seminary. Dr. Carbonell created the first-of-their-kind combination Spiritual Gifts and DISC Personality Profiles.
