Many women have the call and desire to lead a women's ministry at their local church, but have often felt lacking in the ability to move forward effectively with this call. In this one-day conference, Jerra Dooley will share leadership principles she has learned regarding:

Knowing your vision; creating a mission statement
Surrendering control to God; submitting to church staff leadership
Developing your ministry team (spiritual gifts, personality types, passion)
Surveying woman at your church: Learn the specific needs of women at your church, then make plans to begin meeting those needs
Planning meetings: setting goals, budgeting, calendaring events, assigning duties
Resolving conflict with grace
Reaching women at their point of need (special events, retreats, Bible studies, childcare, workplace, shut in, etc.)
