Designed to Shine is an interactive seminar that allows women to identify five important elements of their divine design: natural and supernatural gifts, motivations, personality, and life experiences.

We believe that when we discover how God made us we uncover His purpose for our lives as well.   Perfect for a women’s retreat or 2-day conference, Designed to Shine brings a new sense of significance and meaning to the hearts of women who attend.

Conference leader Jerra Dooley (licensed human behavior coach) leads women to laugh and sometimes cry as they enjoy her humorous and heart-warming stories that add dynamics to her teaching . Attendees will be led to complete the Design to Shine workbook - no complicated tests or long profiles.  By the end of the event, participants will not only  know themselves better but be better equipped to relate well with others.  Many women have left this seminar saying it was “life-changing.”  This is the perfect event to invite ladies from the nearby community (believers and unbelievers), friends, family members, and coworkers!

The schedule for this event needs to include at least four 2-hour session in order to enjoy all the fun we include:

  • Interactive games and icebreakers
  • Entertaining & humorous skits (performed by ladies who attend)
  • Ladies Worship Time
  • A workbook full of discovery materials
  • Relationship training from a licensed human behavior coach

Occasionally we offer a “Leaders Only” workshop that covers all the material in 4 hours (no games or frills).

Promotions Resources:

We have created professionally designed promotion materials that can be personalized at no additional charge, including:  t-shirts, brochures, posters, banners, bookmarks, and postcards.  Many of these items you can print yourself or we can connect you with a good online printer.  We have a supplier for tshirts that is very reasonable.

Fees are determined by amount of time scheduled, number attending, etc.
