Our Mission

We are "Sharing God's Transforming Grace" by encouraging, equipping, and empowering others to know Christ and His purpose for their lives.  
 

Our Ministry

Founder Jerra Dooley has been developing resources to help women discover their divine design and purpose through God's transforming grace.  It is her passion to see women becoming all that God created them to be as they surrender all to Him.

  • Conferences & Seminars include Designed to Shine (a design discovery experience), Beautifull (a look at self-worth and personal values), Gracefull Girls Retreat (teens and tweens become prim, proper and priceless); Worship Workshops (training for Christian vocalists);  and more.
  • Meaningless to Matchless Tracts - This is a wonderful hand-sized brochure to share God's love with women in shelters, prison, and anywhere!
  • Women's Info Center -Developed as a school project while attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Jerra wanted to create a website that provided links to helpful resources for women including locating Alabama women's shelters, encouragement through life's difficulties, bible study tools, and more.  
  • Gracefull Ensemble - Passionate and polished performers who lead worship and provide special music for ministry events.

Our History

In 2002, Jerra Dooley identified and responded to a need at her church for an organized group of ladies to lead praise and worship and women's events.  Soon after Gracefull Ensemble was launched and requests came streaming in for appearances at other churches.  As Jerra's gifts for teaching and leading conferences began to bloom, she returned to school to earn a Women's Ministry Certificate at New Orleans Seminary.  Since then she has become a licensed human behavior coach under Dr. Mels Carbonnel and has assisted thousands in discovering God's design and purpose for their lives.    
 
Jerra is also the owner and creative director for Ministry Promotions, a website development business for churches and ministries.  It is her heart's desire to use all of her gifts and abilities to share God's transforming grace with others.
